  The guy at the drive thru gave me change for $10. I paid him$20. I beat on the window and he opened it and I said I gave you a $20... he said Oh sorry and handed me the remaining $10 change from on his person. Not from the cash register.
  
  He tried to pocket $10 of my money. The reciept wss rang up saying I only paid 6 dollars and should get 4 cents in change.
  
  Then when he brought my food he gave me a dessert token to "apologize for his foolishness".
  
  Lucky for him I was on my way to work or I would have shut my car off and blocked the drive thru until a manager showed up.

  This is in the running as the worst Sonic I've been to. It took 21 minutes to get our order, which we had to ask to have read back to us and was read back incorrectly. After correcting the order (for the fourth time) to the speaker box, the employee replied by mumbling the total and signing off before we could ask it to be read again. We poked inside to confirm it, and it was good we did because it was wrong again. After speaking to the manager (who appeared not to be old enough to work, let alone manage), it was confirmed as correct but still came out wrong and with a corndog that appeared to have been cooked twice it was so burned. The other people on the patio with us ordered three ice creams/shakes, of which two were incorrect.
  
  The manager is apparently not respected by the way her staff treated her and her customers. The only positive was the Jawan (sp?), our carhop, who was polite, helpful, and appeared to value his customers and job.

  Local hang out spot, great for custom sodas and other drinks. Not always ready to handle the mass amount of locals.
